Patterns of Short-Term Changes in Individuals' Work Values: P-Technique Factor Analyses of Intraindividual Variability.
Schulenberg, John E.; And Others
Multivariate Behavioral Research, v23 n3 p377-95 Jul 1988

Results of factor analysis cast doubt on the hypothesis that work values behave exclusively as trait-like dimensions and recommend better use of idiographic approaches. (TJH)
