A survey was conducted by a mental health center to evaluate the effects of a nursing home education project which attempted 1) to teach mental health professionals and nursing home staff how to set up in-service education programs in nursing homes, and 2) to teach nursing home staff mental health principles. Tested the Homemakers Home Health Aide Program Evaluation Questionnaire, a management tool for evaluating homemaker/client relationship, job performance and achievement of objectives, for a sample of 40 clients.
