A study to determine the behavior of business education teachers relative to their adoption of the microcomputer as a tool for delivering instruction received 203 responses from a sample of 400 teachers. The majority favor the use of microcomputers and use them for delivering instruction. (JOW)

Describes the results of three surveys that were conducted in 1982 and 1986 to determine the availability and use of microcomputers in public schools in Texas and Pennsylvania. Describes pre/posttest study that measured the change in knowledge of and attitudes toward microcomputers among 30 high school teachers participating in an inservice computer literacy course in Pennsylvania. The Minnesota Computer Literacy and Awareness Assessment was used, and results showed significant improvement in both areas. (Author/LRW)
